As local operators, we pride ourselves working with the local communities to enable the appreciate tourism and nature conservation.

We believe that once you train a woman, you will have trained a nation.   We have very good examples with Uganda Women Birders Club which we launched in 2013 with 40 members. 10 of these have started their own companies while others have jobs.
